What Do I Have, Are They Hens

I picked up two chickens, I'm not sure of the breed are if they are hens. Please help

Looks like both are roos to me... hard to see through the wire but are those spurs I'm seeing on their legs? Not sure about the breed, EEs maybe?

no spurs, that was the first thing I looked for, the tail feathers are a little large and curve up. The reason I worry is I can not have roosters in the city limits. I just got them, if they crow in the morning, I'm going to have some mad neighbors, one neighbor would be sure to call the city on me.

The red and white one looks like a red sex link rooster abd the red a rhode island red rooster. Sorry

Thanks for the replies, I guess I'm going to have some mad neighbors in the morning. I just went out to the coop, there are no spurs on the red one, could not see the white/brown one's feet. Still think it's a roo?
