I am new to chickens... kinda. My parents had chickens growing up but I was not impressed as a teenager. They mainly had game chickens with not the nicest attitudes. On the flip side I fell in love with my sister’s Buff Orpingtons. We made the decision to get only Buffs due to their kind and gentle nature. Went to the local feed store and they had 10 left. We got them all and went home. They picked them out of a tub with several different kinds of chicks all different colors. They said the yellow ones were all their Buffs. One had a reddish hue to it. She was my favorite due to how calm she is. Long story short I don’t think they other ones are Buffs. I ordered more Buffs from a hatchery and they all have a reddish hue to them. The other ones are starting to feather out and they are white. Their feet are yellowish/orange and much bigger than my favorite who I believe to be a Buff. Also some of the others have darker feet. So needless to say I don’t know what I have. I will add some pictures to see if maybe you could help identify their breed. I marked their heads to tell my girls from my boys but I’m not sure if that’s even right. It’s hard to tell from the pictures but I will try to add one to show thecomparison of the one I believe to the buff and the others. Also, I have some that have a gray hue to them that you will see in the last photo.
