What do other moms want for mother's day?

I want a farm, a clean house-we went to darling hubby's school bbq and DS won a picnic table with 4 chairs he gave it to me for mothers day I thought it was sweet..

I always told my brood on MD's they could be mad and tell me anything they think I did to wrong them through the year, and get it over with, and then kiss my kadoodle the rest of the year. . .because I was just a super duper mom. Hee Hee. Never worked. Give me plants to plants and please let me order my chicks when my next closing comes around in two weeks . . . .please, please, please.

all I want for mothers day is for my dh to feel better and not be sick. I would love a day of rest but that AINT gonna happen. I know better than that. I just want my dh to get well.

This is my frist mothers days so i'd say for my DH to just remeber it would be nice. Oh and maybe for him to stay up with the baby and i can sleep on the couch.

Not "husband takes the kids in the living room and falls asleep, so they go nuts emptying the cabinets, banging, dumping cheerios everywhere, "Waaaahhh, that's MIIIIINE", and come into the room waking me up every 10 minutes" sleep in.

I thought of a real splurge gift for myself.I would love to get an mp3 player WITH an armband to hold it in place while I work in the yard.That would be great.Dh would never get it.As it is now the family has to drag me inside to cook for them.They really should learn to serve themselves in the summer months!
