What do they have? Mites? How to treat?

Can anyone help me determine what my chickens have. See attached picture. How do I treat? Thank you so much.

Are they little eggs attached to her or scabs?

How long have you had this bird?
Does she have any other symptoms?
Is she lethargic?

They look like mites...

Those are called stick tight fleas.

Ive heard to use Adams Flea and Tick Spray. Put it on a qtip and rub around the faces of your chickens.
