What do we do with this poopy/soggy/hard hen bum?

What should we do for this poor girl? We now have her separated with acv in her water, normal pellets & some scratch. it almost feels like an egg Is stuck or something. there is a big saggy thing hanging down below the bone that goes down her chest/stomach, it is hard.

Try warm water with epsom salt soak her in it a few times a day..
