what do you after they hatch?

You scoop them up and put them in already setup brooder with a heat lamp, water, and chick starter. That's pretty much it. Some dip their beaks in water but it's not really necessary if you hatch your own. Hatchery chicks shipped to you are a little different since they are usually stressed and possibly dehydrated already.

Unless you are immunizing them for Mareks, there is no shot to give to day olds.

Food, water, heat, safety, and dry clean bedding/paper. That is about it.
