what do you all do with eggs

I am getting more eggs than I know what to do with. Good problem to have I suppose. Been frying them, pickled a few jars worth, scrambled, made egg salad. Anyone else got any other ways of using up eggs? Always looking for new ideas.

Well, the neighbors might like a dozen of egg every so often. Chickens also enjoy a snack of scrambled eggs on occasion. Or you could try selling them.

Absolutely! Giving your neighbors a dozen every now and again makes for good rapoire for sure!!

I do give a fair amount away, and they sure do enjoy them. Just thought maybe someone used them some different ways.

Do you have a 'farmers market' type thing where you live? You just might sell your eggs!! Just a thot!

I was just going add that. Local churches who have a food pantry also like them-if you can deliver them on the day they the eggs are needed.

I feed some to my dogs, and i put them raw in protein shakes when i have extras. Makes for a healthy coat and less dander for the dogs.

My DH takes extras to work for his Vietnamese and Korean employees. They LOVE them!

I also give them to family and neighbors but they don't appreciate them as much.

I am as I type, eating a grilled quail egg and cheese sandwich, made with 4 double yolkers, that little hen, she gives 200%.
