I have never done that. I pride myself on generally being able to keep everyone pretty decently happy. When I can't, they generally go elsewhere on their own due to my lack of having a "Filter" in my brain...you know, that thing normal people have that tells you what not to say? Yeah, I don't have that.

Sounds like he's just a jerk with an ego problem...let it go. I believe you mentioned your personal service for an additional fee...why didn't he just pay the additional for personal service??
