What do you do with Serama eggs?

The one I have just started laying. I really can't wait to crack it open and see how small the yolk is. HA!
Anywho I was wondering what everyone else did with them?

We eat most of ours, and occasionally we hatch some.

My friend has a young serama pullet that has been laying for about a month now. The first egg was tiny but, then started going up in size. She claims the yolk is about as big as a regular egg but, another hen pecks a hole in them - so she ends up scrambling it for the dog.
