What do you do with the chicks you hatch?

I hatch my silkies to sell. This finances the costs of feed and ahem, new coops. However i am planning to start breeding standards soon

This is a great question that I'm concerned about to since I'm about to start hatching my own chicks. What to do with the roosters? I'm very familiar with CL and have actually sold 4 roosters last year but as a group. This question is for Laura specifically: Why do you list your roosters singly instead of all at one time?
