Title says it all. Do you bury the guts? Give em away?

We raise meat rabbits and after processing them, we burn the guts. We don't want to risk luring predators to our home by just throwing them away or burying them.

I bury them or freeze them in the garbage bag until I can get around to taking them (in their frozen state) straight to the dump.

I bring mine far far into my woods and drop them off.. although I'm not sure how many other people live on 74 acres of land.. :D

I have many methods for disposal . Sometimes bait for the live trap other times I boil them in the scalding tank and feed the hounds . Other times I just take them way out into the woods . Sometimes I use a few to put fly bait on to lure and kill flies .

Thanks for the responses everyone. Guess I'll be taking a walk in the woods.

We use a hand post hole digger. The "T" top kind you turn and empty out as you dig. Just a few minutes to dig a hole over 4' deep and approx. 8" diameter.
Sometimes I need to drill out another hole depending how many butchered. Usually 2 holes takes care of waste from 20-25 birds. Feathers go to the burn pile of brush.
Post hole digger gets the depth for no return.
