What do you do with your duck eggs? Keep? Sell? Hatch?

I only have Mallard eggs so far - and they are so beautiful inside and out. We bake with them. If I make scrambled eggs or omelettes, I mix on duck egg per 2 chicken eggs.

Is that for eating eggs, or fertile eggs? I sell mine for 50 cents a peice for fertile eggs. 25 cents a peice for eating.

I collect daily and put them in the fridge... i gather by next year i'll be peddling them as no way will we use them all, being there are 5 hens. I do have a drake but my girls at 5.5mths are not the least bit broody so they'd have no chance to ever begin.. they lay and run.. not good mums yet! my kids would love to let some brood but i don't need 300 Muscovies
