What do you feed your birds?

OOH brown rice yep mine get that too (boiled---as i eat what i want then give them the left overs i intentionally make too much


waxworms

20 game crumbles

wheat bread that's gone stale

boiled egg

grass clippings

theres more but getting tired and cant think of others haha

I have 3 ducklings about 1month old.

They get a mixture of cabbage/corn/oats/16%chicken feed.

Plus they eat frogs/bugs/worms while foraging and soldier fly larvae in the compost.

For some reason they won't touch the special pellet duck feed.

Wish I could free range them more but we have kites (the raptor) galore here. So basically have to stay near them until I get a covered area set up.
