It looks like the nesting boxes are higher than the roosting bars - and that means the chickens will likely roost in the nesting boxes - and that's not good.

The thing with nests higher than roost is chickens will sleep/poo in the nests. It's nice to have clean eggs and not deal with constant nest box maintenance.

Edit to add: Of course it's easy to make an external nesting boxes attachment. You'll have to check it out for function and ask questions on how their birds behaved with certain features and how convenient other feature are. But yeah, I'm sure they had $350 in materials so if all looks functional then 150-200 is a good deal. Oh, and slant of roof? Hows it deal with rain...stuff like that look for and ask when viewing. How and where run attachment is/will work...ya know, be frugal and practical to function.
