What do you hope to accomplish this weekend?

Back to school shopping Sat night for 9yr old daughter - yipee, I'm sooo excited about that (not!).

Also, basically moving everything out of the livingroom so we can rip up the carpet and install linoleum in its place.

Then, finish spraying 2nd coat of stain onto new "mini-coops" that we're building.

Finally, there's always lots of lovely laundry to do!

I am going to be putting a new steel roof on the coop. The roofing pieces are 12' long and I my coop is 30' long. Hopefully I have some help.

Also, our county fair starts today (Darke county, Ohio-"Worlds largest county fair". We're hoping to find a good milking goat and 3 rabbits to buy from exibitors before they go to the sale barn. Hopefully there are no chickens for sale. I don't need anymore chickens, but I am weak, so give me strength.

DH is gone, kids are gone, so I'm going to clean my carpets and they will have plenty of time to dry before the family returns!!!
And for an added treat when I return the cleaner to the store I'm going to stop and get Chinese food!!

I love log cabins

Here is one my DH and his dad built with the trees off our land. It sits at the edge of our property. It has a river rock fire place inside with arrowheads we have collected laid in the hearth of fireplace. It is really nice....this is part of the area I mentioned I wanted to fence in this weekend.....The cabin could use some cleaning too...

That's a beautiful log cabin! One of my dreams is to build one like that in the woods behind my house, just a little getaway place! Problem is - it's not my property....guess I'll keep dreaming

Reality wise: I'm going to connect the "baby" run with the "big girl" run and hope that everyone behaves themselves.

And there's always the laundry....

I am sitting on my butt on BYC an facebook, e-bay too all darn weekend so my sunburn can heal and I can go back to work

Woo-hoo! That's exciting. I wish we were working on a hen house/run.

I hope to get all of the lumber for some built-in bookshelves painted.

After a week of high humidity and an inch or two of rain, we're expecting dry weather, low humidity and cooler temps.

I am hoping to be closer to having my bedroom remodel done by the end of the weekend. We still have some sanding on the sheetrock and lots of painting to do! Not to mention putting everything in place afterwards!

I've got my Aunts to Clean Sat. Morning, Family Party Sat. Afternoon, Car to deliver to NY Saturday night......
Coop to Clean and Room to clean, hmmmmm, I need longer weekends!
