My Etsy has slowed down dramatically with fall rolling in but this past spring, it was a killer trying to keep up. I just hit 1000 saddles sold on Friday... just this year! It's been a busy year lol

So cool! I'm going to ask a question that is probably kind of dumb, lol, can they be used as an actual rug? Like in the bathroom? Or are these for display purposes only?
Wow! I love that idea. I want to learn one day so I can turn some of the kids favorite shirts over the years. That looks great!Absolutely! Here are the two threads I have going. There's all sorts of pictures. I'm send you a pm too

Those are gorgeous!! I'm working on quilt squares made from fabric scraps left over from the hen saddles I make. I want to make a big quilt out of all of them somedayMy mom and I did work together a few years ago to make my dad a quilt or if all his old bicycling/ motorcycle shirts. He was thoroughly shocked and loved it
That's about the extent of my quilting experience though lol

You're very talented!! That looks so awesomeI love crocheting. I crochet these blankets during the long Wisconsin winters. Most of the time I make the blankets for new babies in the family but family and friends always enjoy them too. This is one pattern and blanket I crocheted for my cousin:

Thanks! She's a fun little (Omg! I just love her and her little socks!!!
Thanks! She's a fun little () lady! I made her socks out of waterproof PUL fabric to keep her little tootsies dry. Some pajama footie fabric over top for grip. She is well suited to the cold but my main concern is salt on our urban Wisconsin sidewalks.
I'll look into that! I've heard of it but never used it. My uncle used to raise dobermans and we always had pitties growing up. Those poor guys struggled with their short coats and sensitive little feeties. Bodega (aka Diglett aka Bodiglett) is much better suited to the cold but is easily over heated. We also trim her "grinch feet" to eliminate matting between her toes and reduce mud tracked into the house. She is a rescue. Abuse case, unfortunatelyWe used to put something called mushers wax (I think that's what it was called) on our dogs paws when we would visit family up north. Socks would have been perfect. Dobermans are not made for the cold. Lol

Due to starvation as a puppy she is quite small for a St. Bernard. All of 135lbs. Everyone asks if she is a puppy but she is almost 4. She has quirks aplenty. Some fear based aggression. Can't hear or see very well so some things really throw her into a panic. It's a long story but I know her previous owners and I actually had her in my possession for a short time when she was younger. Unfortunately I had to give her back but when the opportunity presented itself to bring her home I jumped at it. I missed her so much and I am so happy to have her with me so she can be happy and loved and never worry about anything.
Patience! That is the key! Look at you rescuing that GS! Good on you! It's the difficult ones that leave the biggest impression isn't it? I like to say that Diglett is the best worst dog everShe is sooo lucky to have you!! One of our Dobbies was a rescue too, fortunately she was still very young when we got her so her personality wasn't seriously affected. An old German Shepherd that we rescued from being put down (was in line for it in the following days actually we got there just in time) she was a little nuts but was an amazing dog after we worked with her for a long time. They just need lots of love and patience.
