I make silly yard *art.* Put this turtle piece out by the road yesterday.

I made a whole slew of December/holiday yard pieces, and right now, I'm finishing up a purple baby hippo yard piece. Not sure what I'll do with her yet. <smile>

I love the sign!!! I have been wanting to put a sign out next to our mailbox. Our older neighbor keeps backing into our mailbox and they never say anything (I don't think he realizes I have a security camera and I see him doing it every time, lol!). So I was thinking a cute little passive aggressive sign that maybe he'll notice before hitting my mailbox again.

I was joking with my other neighbor about putting a pool noodle on there. lol! But I really do think I'll be putting some kind of cute brightly colored sign next to it. So he actually sees it.

Those are great!! Are you using vinyl to make them? I just started dabbling in vinyl decals and signs and I think I'm addicted to it lol!

Woah! That looks like fun! No, actually I have a method where I transfer the design I made to the wood and then paint it. Then I add a bit of clear coat to seal it and make sure it lasts!

I feel the same way when I go out to get my mail. lol! We straightened it this last time since it was soooo crooked, but it's technically the third time he's hit it.

I make things like this. Never sold them before. I usually give them as gifts, because I dont think people would buy them really. Anyhow, they are small houses. Some play music. All light up. Some are just rooms, some are complete houses, top to bottom. I love doing this. I start with wood, paper, and cloth material... I turn it into these. This is just two I had a photo of.

I have always been mesmerized by miniatures! Love seeing them and all of the creativity they involve!
