What do you think is going on?

I bought four Welsummer pullets (around 14 weeks of age) a few days ago and I noticed some of them throwing up water and also pooping out straight water. They seem to be normal other than this. What could be the cause?

If they drank too much and they ran around, sometimes it will come up since they dont the muscles in their crop and throat to hold it down like we do. As for the pooping water, not sure, sorry...
