What do you think of these for caponizing tools?

Oh yay, what a great find! I like it that they can clamp in a closed position. I might get myself a set of these, but I don't know just when I'll have time to try them. It's too bad, someone just gave me 25 young cockerels, just the right age for caponizing, but I'm really busy getting ready for our county fair so I don't have time to spend playing doctor.
