What do you think of this Coop?

I think the price is very reasonable, but it requires that a person needing something like that is around. If you don't have the time to wait around for the right person I am afraid you will have to sell at much below its actual value. How long have you had it on Craigslist so far?

As a coop it is only useful for a few bantams like your mother had, I guess you could squeeze two standard size in there if you are in an area without winters. Most people want more chickens than that, so it makes it hard to sell. If I had the room and need for it I'd use it for a broody hen to raise her family and as a quarantine coop. In fact, I'd LOVE to have the room for it, but I don't... That is another problem, city people like me that are likely to want it are also likely not to have the room for it

Good luck!

$50. I'd have to cut it to add the proper amount of ventilation, build a run, and expand it. It's cute, but not for $100 dollars. It's only big enough for one-two standards. So.... um... no. $125 is too much.

its cute, just not sure id pay that much, especially for one that size, i know coops can be expensive but its just for its size im just not really sure, maybe $100 or $75, or obo?... very nice coop though

also zahboo, I get that $125 might be a little much but why would you need more vents, its got a HUGE window in the back, its not that big of a coop, anymore vents and itd be an open coop/run in shed... also why would you expand it, its cute, its designed to just be a cute little coop, if you wanted more birds you could just get a bigger coop, also about the run, yes you may need to build one but then again if you free range your birds then it shouldnt need a run, and even if you did theyre not very expensive to make. sorry, im not trying to start a fight or anything and i understand that once someone has it, its their coop and they can do what they want to it, but i just dont see why you would need to do much to it, i think its cute as is, and is great if you're new to chickens and/or only want/have a few birds, JMO (just my opinion)...

You need another vent for cross ventilation. I wouldn't get a coop that small, because 6 sq foot wouldn't hold standards (talking strictly standards not bantams), I would get a bigger coop. If I free ranged my birds, they'd get kiled by predators. It is cute, but function over looks.

ohhh, I see, yeah I guess you could put a vent in the front as well, plus I'd probably want more birds and my birds would probably get eaten here too, didnt even think of that, sorry, you can probably tell im kind of a newbie, sorry...

It's no problem. Sorry if I come across as blunt. It is a cute coop, but from my view point, our weather is 100 degrees with high humidity. It may need less ventilation in another environment.

Actually, I probably shouldnt even be talking as I dont even have chickens (yet, i will someday) and the closest ive come to having "chickens" were parakeets, although i love animals and have wanted chickens for quite some time, ive been on here since last year, but i didnt even think of predators and cross ventalating, clearly i still have A LOT to learn, sorry...

oh, yeah sorry if i sound that way too not meaning too, but I dont think you do. and i agree its cute, but yeah our summers can be hot too, so id probably also need the cross-vents, we're in MA, near plymouth, in duxbury, our summers get hot too, although probably not as bad as some places...
