I found these guys for sale on Craigslist. It's a trio (two females & one male). Proven breeders, 1.5 years old.

I see some stiff wing feathers on one....

what would you pay for the trio or per bird? I really don't need another male (I have THREE already) but they won't separate them.

Young ganders shouldn't have more than 2 females his first
breeding season least you burn him out.
I've had up to 3 females with one male.
Four to one is kinda pushing it.
I would limit it to no more than 3 females per gander
to get good coverage and not deplete sperm counts.
Ganders tend to have favorites but generally hormones take over
during the breeding season and they breed all of them if the
gander is healthy and vigorous.

So I emailed back the people and said I wouldn't split them up (which I won't if I can get my extra ganders out of here!) I have three pens so I can always put the extra ganders in another pen until they sell...so now it looks like the deal might be back on?

I just won an auction for another female...so now I'll have SIX females--would two ganders be okay for that? Or should I keep three?
