I believe that the Cubans who were convicts were sent to Western Oregon. The insane were sent there also to inbread with the local population. All of the rest of the Cubans (who are fantastic people) remained in South Florida where they have become an important part of the population. Those that were sent to Western Oregon kept inbreeding and eventually they all became idiotic and that is where most of the birthers are situated. What is really strange is that most of the really productive Cubans here in South Florida have advocated that the United States drop a nuculear bomb on Western Oregon to rid the population of those whackos who still remain there. I read a book by Ted Nugent that recommends the same thing. The innocents and the children will just be considered as acceptable collateral damage and in the long run they will help to fertilize the ground.
