Looks like an animals tail that the tip was dipped in water.. Sure hope it is still attached to the animal... To me it kind of looks like a cats tail..

Yeah you can see fur behind the hand and I think WHATEVER that is, is being held but still attached to SOMETHING... you can see that it is being like pinched between two fingers.. tell us SOON!!
