What do you think this is?

I need some help.
This is a bump. It is hard and smooth like a pea under the skin. I just noticed it today (4/11/15)
She, of course, is my favorite hen.

Is this a tumor? How about a piece of sand turning into a pearl? Could it be a blocked duct? An abscess not ready to pop?
What do you think?

It could possibly be a hemangioma, but cysts are also very common in chickens. I would watch it for an increase in size--pictures once a week would be good to take.
