Stargate is ok , i have probably watched every episode. Stargate has not had nearly the social impact and IMO the story line is very narrow compared to the startrek universe/ I do like the way they incorporate mythology into the storyline, it's better than starwars though that's for sure

Farscape broke boundaries, same with Babylon5. Red dwarf is a classic too.

There's a guy in youth group who looks almost exactly like anakin - except for the hair. It's HILARIOUS!!!
