What do you think of my 5 month old Dutch Bantam rooster?

Comb leaves a lot to be desired but he's too young to be able to tell much of anything else.

What variety is he? His little tail looks pitiful.

If he is 5 months old, then he is far behind in development. That looks more like a 3 month old in early(cockerel) feathers.
