What Do You Want Added To The BYC Forum & Site?

How about a self-sufficiency/frugal living category?

There are so many great tips in the various threads that pop up but they're sort of all over the place right now and this seems to be a popular topic!

OK Nifty. I just thought of something we might need.
I think we should have a "next" and a "previous" button on posts so you can go from post to post instead of going back to i.e. me, my chickens, my family to go to then next post.
Unless you are only looking for a certain post, you wouldn't have to use it that much.
We might also have to add on it like putting a "More unread posts in this forum" counter so you know when you're done. What do you think nifty? Would it be to hard?Give me your opinion.

This topic could (and should) be a forum all on its own. This is similar to the "problem" we had with gardening where we had a very good and popular topic, but because of this it would detract from the focus of BYC. This is why we started www.TheEasyGarden.com.

I wasn't going to say anything until I had something to show you guys, but a while ago (after a lot of research and reviewing domains) I bought the domain www.SufficientSelf.com. It will be in a similar format to BYC and there will be sections on saving money, generating power (living off the grid), etc. etc. etc. If anybody has some pre-interest in helping with this project just shoot me an email or a PM.

I was wondering if the coop section could direct folks to a cold-climate section. Not all cold-weather coops have to be insulated but we certainly have unique circumstances and different sets of predators...
and I love the idea of a self-sufficiency section.
