What do your kids call your mother?

It's Grandma Susie on my side (which comes out of my 2 year old's mouth as Grandma Oosie

) and Meema on my husband's side- my girl trying to say Grandma.

My sister's kids call both of their sets of grandparents Meemaw and Peepaw, but to distinguish them one set is Dr. Meemaw and Dr. Peepaw because they're both doctors. It's so cute hearing her kids say "Dr. Peepaw can we go play outside?" or Dr. Meemaw can I have some milk" I love it!

I'll contribute as well.

My mother is known as Nee Flo. Her name is Flo...and when my kids were very small, she tried to help them pronouce Granny...by saying, "say GranNEE" All they picked up was Nee...so, she is forever Nee Flo.

Her friend and fellow grandmother...would always say to her grandchildren, "I'll be back." She is known as "Be Back."

I love these names that babies give their grandmothers.

I called my grandparents Grandpa and Grandmama...

My kids have come up with some interesting names...
Cody calls his G-grandma "wrinkly old woman and grams" and calls his grandma (my mother) Grandma Chickie, my MIL is just grandma smith

Austin calls all the grandma's grandma

autumn -- G-grandma is gama and G-grandpa is Pop, grandma (my mom) is gram and MIL/FIL -- dont really talk to them so mostly likely grandma and grandpa

My nephew calls his G-grandma Nani and G-grandpa pop

I am sure that others have called them other names too but..... these are the cute ones!!!

we had friends growing up that called their g'ma Soony. (like the Be Back g'ma above)

she would say, "I'll be back soony to see you!" so they called her Soony.

i always thought that was so pretty.

My kids call the Grandma's like this:

Grandma __________. (Insert first name).

Like Grandma Kathy or Grandma Jean.

Their Great Grandmother's are:

Grandma __________. (Insert last name).

Like Grandma Gibson and Grandma Palmer.

Sometimes when they were younger it would come out "Gramma".
