i thought that post was funny to but also wanted to make sure it was just a joke or if they were actually asking a question they wanted answered. to us that know its funny to those who dont it may not be funny until they know the answer so i was trying to clarify with the op of that post weather or not it needed to be truly answered didnt think i was being rude in that post to have had someone say something about it

I didnt think you came off as rude. It was a "hahaha...wait...do you really need help" kind of moment. I get it now. And you were just quoting ChickenKaylee's post as saying essentially the same thing as yours, but it was ignored...but yours considered rude. If anything, yours was more considerate because you asked if they really needed an answer. No offense to ChickenKaylee intended there. I laughed at the post too, but didn't comment. I took it as funny. And the whole "buff" thing is a VERY common confusion among people. Almost all non-chicken people I encounter don't know what buff is referring to color and not size....and I have 3 buff birds!! I have two bigger pullets who are buff (an orp and a plymouth rock) and a 10 week old baby bantam polish who is buff and someone actually said to me, "well this one isn't as buff as the others." I admittedly giggled a bit and then explained that buff was a color not a size thing.

Since the question is answered and the off topic, disruptive squabbling seems to be over, I am locking this thread.
