What does Dark Cornish mean?

does it mean its a dark meat bird..or dark feather coloring?..thanks, Wendy

It is feathering. The carcass shape and meat is the same no matter what color feathers referred to.

At the bird shows I have been to I am drawn to the Bantam Cornish, stocky neat looking birds.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

Here is a pic of one of our hens

Ours are on the flighty side but they just as solid as can be. When you pick one up it's like picking up a brick, they are that solid feeling
