So pretty!! (Is he a Barred Rock?) I love barred rocks/birds that look like them!! I’m not sure about quality, egg layers/producers aren’t really my strong suit, but he sure is beautiful!

I bought them all as pullets but he’s only 2 months and already has a bright red comb and waffle so that’s how I’ve decided he’s a cockerel

Coloring is dark for a cockerel, but that comb and those wattles at 8 weeks say definite cockerel. He does look double barred in some places, like his wings and tail.

Yes and he is light that my other barred rock pullet
