What Does His Behavior Mean?

Yes, Stormy, several of my chicks have feathered feet, which have puzzled everyone!!!! You mean this is a sign of Easter-Egger?! Hot Diggety Dog! I might get colored eggs?!

Its not really a feature per se of EEs but EEs can be anything any color any size and shape There legs are mostly green or a willowish color, but i have a Hen her mother is an EE her father was a Light brahma, she has a regular comb like her daddy yellow legs like her daddy and her mom and Daddys coloring both white with columbian markings I wish I could find a picture of honey for ya.
Is there any way you can get a picture of your chickens faces and side profiles??

Do you think Guy could have Easter Egger in him? He's the bigger roo in the foreground with rusty reddish-brown wing patches:

I'll go check right now and see which ones have feathery feet:

1. Buttery Blanche

2. Saffrenee

3. Charlie Brown

How exciting that 2 of the 3 hens have feathery feet!!!! If Charlie Brown has Easter Egger in him, I need to keep him close for fathering more chicks! Maybe my friends who are wanting a rooster and hen will take him and I can buy them 8 hens to go with him?

We will go take some head shots of Buttery Blanche right now.

Some folks claimed My Boy had willow legs when he was little:

Does he look like he might have some EE?

I hope he does have Easter Egger. My beloved hen who died while I was on vacation was named Merry Easter. How fun if the little chick I raised after she died has Easter Egger in him-- her name lives on! What a fine Mama Merry Easter would have made.

Merry Easter was a Barred Rock, sister to Esther Mary, my Boy's StepMama. She was a fun one, Merry Easter! The name "Merry," fit her to a Tee!

I got a lot more but I can't any good ones but notice the blue and gold ones? The last one is of Honeygirls Mom Andi she didn't have any gold on her.

Interesting, Stormy! Who did you say were the chicks' father (the ones with gold)? Your gold and blue-ish one does remind me a bit of my boy!

We tried to get Buttery Blanche's pictures just now, but it's very cold and windy out and we didn't have much success. I tried to catch and hold her, but she's skittish, is the one who was afraid of my Boy yesterday. We'll try again tomorrow. It's getting dark here.
