What does hosting a chicken swap/stock/meet-up entail?

I have a large piece of property with plenty of parking, and I think it would be good fun to host one. I'm probably years away from attempting to do it, but what does hosting one usually entail?

Ok, so I read that thread, and I'm still a little confused

can this only be for BYC members? If so, what happens if there aren't many BYC members in the area?

I had one a while back at a local feed store.All you really need is parking space,bathroom facilitys a good place for vendors to setup and advertisement.As far as who can come I invited anyone with any type of farm animals and related items
