What does it mean if my hens are regularly laying wind eggs?

Every day for the past month, one or more of my 5 laying hens produce a wind egg. Three hens are two years old, and two hens are 8 months old. I'm not sure who is creating the wind eggs, but is it a bad sign (health-wise) for the hens to be producing them regularly?

Yes, they have free access to oyster shell. Do you think it's possible my 2 year old hens are nearing the end of their laying cycles?
