Every day for the past month, one or more of my 5 laying hens produce a wind egg. Three hens are two years old, and two hens are 8 months old. I'm not sure who is creating the wind eggs, but is it a bad sign (health-wise) for the hens to be producing them regularly?

a wind egg is a tiny egg that usually has no yolk just egg white

have you tried adding oyster shell to the hens diet
