it means new to the forum. If a person has been part of it longer, or posted more, you get another title.

That's your rank, when you first start out you're "Hatching", then later you're "In The Brooder", etc.
Once you get more trophy points you move up in rank. Here's a link to read, the numbers are how many trophy points you need to reach that rank.
