Hmm, we need to figure this out if we can. Here is some troubleshooting stuff for you:
Eggs clear, no blood rings, no embryonic development 
Probable Cause/  Suggested Corrective Measure  
Badly chilled eggs or eggs overheated or held at too high a temperature. 
Protect eggs against freezing temperatures, gather eggs often, cool properly and quickly; hold eggs under conditions recommended by breeder. 
Improper incubator temperature earliest stage of incubation. 
Check the accuracy of the thermometer. Operate the incubator at the proper temperature. 
Eggs held too long, or held under improper conditions of temperature and humidity. 
Kept eggs under proper temperature and humidity conditions and set within ten days after date laid.
Many dead germs. 
Probable Cause / Suggested Corrective Measure  
Temperature too high or too low in incubator. 
Check accuracy of thermometer. Operate incubator at proper temperature 
Lack of ventilation. 
Provide adequate ventilation of the incubator room and proper openings of the incubator ventilators. Do not recirculate foul air. Supply 100 percent fresh, tempered air. 
Improper turning of eggs. 
Turn eggs hourly, or, at least, at regular intervals eight times daily.
