What does my rooster have? It looks bad

. Hi my rooster developed white-tan bumps all over his face and wattles, also his one eye is swollen shut. I have never seen anything like this so if you know what it is and what can be done to help him please let me know!

It's fowl pox. I"ve never had to deal with it either.

That's what I thought it was but the pictures online just didnt seem as severe so I wasn't sure
