what does pasty butt look like? please post pics

I don't have any pics. but it's just what it sounds like. Pasty poo covers and hardens over their vents preventing them from eliminating and causing death if it's not cleaned off. Don't worry, you'll know it if you see it.

Welcome to the world of butt checks! Time to clean out the brooder=time to check butts. Butts that have poop on them get cleaned! Luckily, I've only ever had 3 chicks that this was an issue with and it was only for the first week And yes you will recognize a poopy butt!!!

their poop is dry on their butt. just wipe it off before it dry hard. if it get hard just lower . the butt in tap water 98.6 and clean with a napkin and dry off the butt and let go under a light if it is cold
