It may also be a food allergy. keep a journal. Sometimes it can take hours or days for it to show up. But if the day following a pizza with everything on it you find this happens, start eliminating a topping at a time. write everything down.
It might be a chemical reaction to a perfume or a cleaner. does it happen after someone visits?
when it happens, right down everything that you can remember leading up to the event.
Then after many events, re read what you have written and see if there are any commonalities.
be a detective, start by gathering information and then contemplating.
I hope it is easy and you are well.

and i dnt really use perumes too much.

Your lifestyle may not have changed, but you may have. My allergies got worse as I got older. As you produce different levels hormones and change hours of sleep and other things, you 'have a tea cup already half full' as my allergist would say.
Things that did not bother you because they filled the tea cup only half full, now could bother you because your body has already filled it half full for you. When the cup runneth over- you then have a reaction. If it bothers you while you are in the coop working, then it could be hernia or allergy. Pay attention to your surroundings. You know you better than any doctor can. They can only use the information that you supply them. (And even then... it took me a decade of hit and misses.) pay attention to what you are thinking at the time it happens too. It may be an anxiety that raises your histamine levels to one that floods you when you are around an allergen that normally would not.
I really hated when it happened. it interfered with stuff I needed/wanted to do.
see if cold watter helps. It helped for me. but mine was hernia. the asthma happened at night when I was sleeping. I would wake up really hot and suffocating-and think,"My husband used up all the oxygen!" but it was something I had for dinner.
