What does this poo mean?

I believe my Polish is moulting, she's losing feathers left and right. Just running my fingers through her makes feathers come out. But, she's also had this unusual poop for at least a day. It's just started cooling down, from 100 degree temperatures, but still quite warm.

She may be drinking a large amount of water to keep hydrated during hot weather, and that can cause watery stools. Gather some fresh droppings, and you can have your vet to run a fecal float to look for worms, cocci, or bacteria. Valbazen 1/2 ml orally to each chicken and repeated in 10 days is an excellent dewormer. Using a probiotic or a small amount of plain yogurt or buttermilk a couple of times a week can be good for the GI tract.
