What does your coop/run look like?

Lots of people use sand. Some of her advice is inconsistent with what others have had success with. She is after all a blogger first and now has a following so has written a few books.
Maybe I'll stick with straw, the pine shavings seem a little sharp on the feet for my juveniles-they prefer straw. I just need a poop door so I can power wash the coop.

I am doing straw. I see what you mean soon2bchixmom. I guess it is wherever you would want to use. If you guys have luck with sand let me know.

I buried a boat! :gig

Thanks. It keeps light rain out of the feed. Heavy blowing rains still get it damp, but ducks don't really care LOL.
Yes. I realized that when I had to feed the ducks, but it was pouring yesterday. I came home and it looked like they had licked the feeder clean. ;)

Hey guys!!! The guy came over today that is going to help me build our duck run/coop. He just came to inspect and we will get to building so soon. I just wanted to ask one question. We are changing the detentions to 12 by 12. How many ducks can that hold? Thanks for all of the pics you guys sent! They were very helpful.
