What does your dog dislike/hate?

Let me see....

Water! That is it, besides us leaving him.

Guns, cars, loud noises, brooms, etc. Nothing.

Oh, wait I forgot, kitchen towels... Hates them!

I snap both dogs with them when they enter the kitchen... They won't lay one foot in there.
Ah yes, my dog HATES water and bathes. So she ends up being a stinky dog alot, but I try bathing her at least six times a year. XD She also hates spray bottles.

in the house trash is in the pantry... garbage pickup is outlandish here we do dump runs every other month pay 12.00 have the old brick pumphouse where we put the garbage so
dogs or cats cannot spread it old kitty litter mostly

Just a comment on garbage hounds. I cured my dogs of getting into the bathroom waste baskets and spreading the contents all over the house. I put mouse traps in the trash and covered them with something light like kleenex. Now I am working on the kitchen garbage. There is a drawer in the kitchen island that holds a trash can. My Basset has recently learned how to open the drawer and pull out the plastic trash bag. Then she gleefully distributes the contents all over the living room. She only does that when I am gone. I set some mouse traps in there a few days ago. I came home and found the drawer open, the traps tripped, and the trash untouched. She hasn't bothered it for several days now. I have some tempting morsels on top and I have to go shopping so I'll see what happens when I get home.

Can those traps get the dogs?
So far I haven't seen an ear or a paw caught in the traps. They wouldn't seriously hurt the even dog if they did. Keep in mind I am talking about mouse traps here. Not rat traps. What happens is when the dog sticks his nose in the trash, the movement jostles the trap. It snaps shut, and it scares the dog. Scares me too if I forget about them. What is nice about the traps is that it is the action of the dog, not you, that sets them off.
