    Mine came from the fact that I collect sun and angel stuff, it was one of my first online user ids and also have a tattoo on my right ankle of an angel next to the sun [​IMG]

    Mine (Buff Hooligans) is because I expected my Buff Orpington chicks to be so docile and sweet, and they turned out to be ruffian treat pirates ready to stir up any kind of trouble they could get into outside the brooder.

    "Horsefeathers!" usually means "Nonsense!" but some draft horses actually have "feathering" around their feet... So even nonsense could make sense. Plus, it combines horses and Chickens (feathers), two things I like best. And it sounds a little bit like a Pegasus.
