What dosage-please help

I have a chicken with foamy eye. This is all I could find in my area. I bought it from a mom and pop animal feed store. I didn’t realize that it had expired five years ago until after I got home. Can I still use this? If I can still use it, what is the dosage per 1 gallon of water? This is the injectable kind but I do not want to inject it just in the water. Thanks in advance!

I wouldn’t use something expired for 5 years. That is a cattle medicine, used every 3 days by injection into a muscle. But if you choose to use it, read post 5 here:

It cannot be put in water.
