What dosage WAZINE for ONE hen?

I'm sorry but math is my weak area, and the bottle is very confusing. I need to worm one chicken, and I hope to add the Wazine to water and administer it by dropper.... so I need to know how much "Wazine 1" for one hen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

The directions call for 2 ounces/60ml per two gallons of water. So 1 ounce/30ml for one gallon. 1/2 ounce/15ml for half gallon. That's it for me lol!

Thats exactly what I ended up doing. 1/4 oz and 1/4 gallon of water... then I gave her about 24cc's of that mixture.
