... that makes me realize how many table scraps the chicks haven't been getting. Poor babies will have to be spoiled with more than just mealworms today.

Are you putting out chick grit also? it's important when feeding anything other than their reg chick feed that they have grit. No form of niacin?
Oh I agree I use Nutritional yeast also for myself and my flock. Looking good.![]()
Sorry for the late response on this thread! I didn't get a notification when Miss Lydia tried to pull me in. Here is a little video of my Pekin and Runner when they were babies. The Pekin is the one doing the flips - and the Runner is the one floating along all calm. Funny how there's been a complete role reversal now!
Darkwing looks a lot like your Peking, which is why I keep second guessing.
She didn't know how to duck (we think she was too sad to be away from her chicken friends to have fun) until we got the Justice League, so she's only just recently started to swim.
In reality, it's 19. But, still some impressive chicken math. My son asked for 9 chickens for his 9th birthday, so we all picked a few of our favorites. They came home with Darkwing. Then, my husband got diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and on the hunt for a healthier diet, we decided to add some culling birds (my kids would hate him forever if they took theirs, so we needed Daddy-specific birds). They came home with the Justice League, and now here we are. And yes .... The majority are named.
