How about Khaki Campbells? They're quiet and lay about 350 eggs per year.

I chose Indian runners for egg production. They lay a good amount of eggs per year (varies between 200-300, depending on what strain) and are excellent foragers. Very fun and quirky personalities. They do not have the traditional waddle like ducks are known for, but I think they are awesome.
