What else can I try?

I think I might have to put him to sleep if he doesn't improve.
I don't want to, but maybe.
Does anyone know of some kind of physical therapy or something else I could try?
I tried making him a sling, but it didn't really work.

I truly wish I could do more to help. Hopefully some one may have a magic bullet. That being said their are times you can not candy coat reality.

I had to put him asleep. Today I sent him with our vet and our vet is going to bury him at his farm.
Apparently he didn't have much muscle in his legs and his bones were curved.
