WHAT ELSE CAN POSSIBLY LIVE IN MY *&%*#&%*# COOP WALLS?!

What you found wouldn't surprise me. Scorpions and red wasps even get in our house, and the house next door was found to have a lot of brown recluse spiders inside. The worst was when I found a rattlesnake on a card table one day while I was eating lunch.

I hope you have a better experience than I did trying to find someone to take some honeybees. They were in the wall of my mother's house, which we're fixing up to sell. I went on line, contacted the state honeybee association, etc. I contacted local beekeepers, and NO ONE was interested. A relative recently sprayed them. I just hated for them to be killed, but I tried my best. What with all of the mites and "disappearing hive syndrome," I was shocked that no one was interested in saving them.

I hope you're able to get things cleared out.

They found that some bees were carrying a bacteria or fungus that was causing them to die. That was why we didn't have very many for a couple of years. Some areas, like here where I live in Ohio are doing much better this year. I can't walk outside barefoot without stepping on one. Great for the flowers and garden.

BUT- did u ever think that mabye the bees inside of her coop were carying that virus thingy? and by spraying them it is keeping them from contaminating other bees? huh? so maybe she did the world a favor

even tho that thats all a slim chance.. but who knows! she could have just saved half of canadas bee population by destroying the virus ridden bees in her coop.. persay.

they might be all contaminated.. and your chicken come before bees, they lay eggs. bees sting and stuff, but they do polinate and make hunny, but chickens are less dangerous
