What, exactly, IS a *Flock*?!?

Anything 2 and over is a flock. I don't think there is a general amount. Everyone had a different amount of birds in their flock.
I would say that 2 birds is a Pair and 3 is a Trio, then 4 or more is a flock.

Of course you could just raise crows and then it's a Murder... Much cooler
 
I'm going to start calling mine a murder of chickens, they've murdered three squirrels now so its fitting. :)

To me, three's a flock. A flock is a family of birds, or in our case, a bird that thinks it's a person and 2 people! A flock watches out for the members, keeps an eye out for predators and each other at all times. (This can be a problem when your parrot learns about smoke detectors). :(
Some privileged dogs can be members of the flock, cats, not so much. There is a reason lions are a "pride", and we make jokes about "herding cats".

Lol, my dog is in my "pack" of cats... 1 little dog in with 5 large cats... he gets no respect... Though, my cats are NOT cat like, they act like dogs...
